We had a bit of an impromtu Super Bowl party this weekend. My brother made us this fantastic dip. Not only was it tasty, but SO EASY! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken (take off the legs and wings) - the flavoring doesn't really matter
Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
Frank's Wing Sauce - Buffalo
Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Take the skin, the legs, and the wings off of the rotisserie chicken. Take the meat off of the carcas and shred it into a casserole dish. Add blue cheese dressing, wing sauce, and monterey jack cheese to the chicken until you reach a "goopy" but not watery consistency. Bake until bubbly.
Serve with chips/crackers. This can also work as a filling for a buffalo chicken taco. YUM!
